Getting your song ready for the world to hear is just an eight-step process.
Got a song, or idea for a song? Just reach out to us via the "Home Page" on this website.
Usually we’ll pick up and chat. Or we’ll return your call/email as quickly as we can. Hearing from you is always exciting.
We will discuss and consult on your project. You will then need to send us a basic demonstration version of your song, or songs. Tell us how you imagine it sounding upon completion.
Once we’re on the same page as to your vision for your project, we will send you an itemized quote to approve, or to amend as to your specific requirements, or choices.
Once everyone is happy with the quote, we will assign suitable musicians to your project and set up times and dates for recording sessions to track it all in our Nashville studio. We invite and encourage you to attend and be present at these sessions. This is The Nashville Experience that we want to share with you.
If you’re present at the sessions, you can approve the various takes on the spot before we mix. Or, if you’re out of town, we’ll send you a rough mix of all the elements in your song to approve before we go for a final mix.
With your approval, we will mix your song in our Nashville studios. Final payments will need to be secured before ANY final mixes, session data, or masters will be sent out, released or forwarded to anyone. After payment, we will send you your mixes for approval before we master it. (Mastering is explained in the expanded process below.)
Your project is professionally mastered and submitted to you, your label, or distributer as complete.
